Being active isn’t the easiest, especially when life gets chaotic and there isn’t a moment to breathe, let alone, to work out. However, just because life becomes overwhelmingly busy, does not mean we should boycott working out. Living in an active city such as Atlanta, there are plenty of new and fun ways to work out rather than hitting up your neighborhood gym for a quick cardio session. One of my favorite new and fun ways to work out is the Beltline - a 30+ mile biking, jogging, walking trail that weaves into neighborhoods in and around Atlanta. Not only does it have trials but there are parks, excerise locations, community hubs, and restaurants along the way.
